How to Find and Authorize Your SketchUp 2013 License
If you have purchased a SketchUp 2013 Classic license, you need to find your serial number and authorization code in order to use the full version of the software. Finding Your SketchUp 2013 License Serial Number
Your SketchUp 2013 license serial number is a unique code that identifies your license and allows you to upgrade or renew it in the future. To find your serial number, please follow these steps based on your operating system:

Windows: Open SketchUp 2013. Click Help > License > License Info. Record EXACTLY the user, company, and serial number if you're planning on using this information to upgrade your SketchUp Pro license. Please copy and paste the information for each of these three fields because typographical errors will prevent you from upgrading successfully.

Authorizing Your SketchUp 2013 License
After you have found your serial number and authorization code, you need to authorize your license on your computer. Authorizing a license means adding your license details to your copy of SketchUp, allowing it to run on your computer. To authorize your copy of SketchUp 2013 using your Classic license, use the following steps:
Open your copy of SketchUp 2013 and select Add Classic License on the Welcome screen.
In the License modal, make sure you are on the Classic tab and click Add License.
Enter your serial number and authorization code. Click here if you need help finding either.
Click Add License.
If you have a single-user license, you can authorize your license on up to two devices capable of running your version of SketchUp. If you have already authorized SketchUp on two devices, you'll see a message that says "This SketchUp Pro license has been used on too many computers." When this message appears, you must remove an authorization from a device in order to authorize another.
If you have a network license, SketchUp Pro works on a device only after your network administrator authorizes the network license and only if there are seats available. If no seats are available, you'll see a message that says "Sorry, there are too many people using SketchUp Pro at the moment, all your available seats are in use, you can wait until a seat becomes available or contact your network administrator for help." When this message appears, you may need to contact your network administrator to access SketchUp.
